If you are using Microsoft Outlook and having issues checking your email,
please make sure "Require logon using Secure Password Authentication (SPA)"
does not have a check mark in the box. After this box has been unchecked, your
email will work.
If you are having trouble receiving email on your iPhone or iPad, go to 1st
then go to 2nd Mail, Contacts, Calendar - 3rd select your bledsoe.net email account and
4th scroll all the way to the bottom and 5th select Advanced.
6th Select Authentication and
7th pick Password from the list, 8th. then go back out of advanced and
9th select DONE. This
should allow you to receive email.
